Noureen was brought up by her parents in Georgia as an American actor with Indian roots. Her parents hail native to Pune, India, and she has two sisters whom she adores. Since the parents were looking for the best education of their children, they sent them to the best school in the USA. Noureen was born on the 14th of July 1984 New York City in the United States to her Indian parents. They gave her the Marathi Indian heritage. She has two sisters, who she admits to loving so much, and they are always supportive of each other regardless of what they are doing. Noureen has a strong passion in acting. She speaks not just in English but additionally Gujarati, Hindi, and Urdu. After graduation, Noureen moved to Los Angeles in order to advance her career as an actor. It was clear that she was ready.
