Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-Spanish, half-English woman was born on April 16th, 1996 in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor was a former banker. Jennifer Marina Joy worked as a psychotherapist. The father of her mother, who is Argentinean of Scottish and English descendant is also her mother. Her mother's heritage is Spanish and English. Taylor-Joy has four siblings from her father's prior marriage. They was at Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy reached the age of six, after which they moved to the Victoria district in London. Taylor-Joy explained the relocation was painful, and she refused to study English in the hope of go back to Argentina. Hill House was the new school she had to attend after switching from Northlands. Later she attended Queen's Gate School and studied ballet. After she turned 16years old, Taylor-Joy left the school to concentrate on her acting career. Taylor-Joy was destined to be an actor from a young age. The realization of her dreams came after Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modeling job.
